Digital signals transmit information using binary. That means that the TV has to answer only one question when it receives a signal: Is it a 1 or 0? It's really that simple! If there is any electromagnetic interference or radio frequency interference, it is highly unlikely that the TV will mistake a 1 for a 0 or 0 for a 1. If you are concerned about EMI and RFI interference, you can get a lower AWG cable. The lower the AWG number is, the thicker the cable. Low AWG cables are ideal for in-wall installations and long cable runs.
