Troubleshooting the HDMI cable

HDMI cables are great. Almost everyone with a PC, probably hours and hours and hours of MP3 music in your Windows Media Player or iTunes library, and maybe a few (or few) movies that we downloaded from the Netflix, and some movies that have to be kept for the posterity. The problem is that it is not always pleasant, the music on low-end computer speakers to hear or see these movies on your monitor.

So the HDMI cable do not come together for a betterThe time and allows us to enjoy media from your computer directly to your TV without any problems burning a number of CD or DVD to our music and flicks on something better than our laptop screen.

HDMI Cable

Of course, as each unit, its way into the homes of consumers, there is always a learning curve. There are people who bought a VCR back in 1980 and only now understand how to program them. Just as many people come home with an HDMI cable, anda difficult time understanding how it works.

If people leave their first HDMI cable, you can have some difficulties to be displayed correctly. You could be a flicker, the image flow, or the wrong relationship, or any number of other problems. You can be a coaxial cable at the bottom of the TV plug and have run it just like the others, but these days TV set built in a variety of types, as well as the sources from which you send theinformation. As such, it's actually not a "one size fits all" undertaking.

It helps if you know your TV's maximum settings, but if you don't, here's what you need to do when your HDMI cable isn't doing what you bought it to do...

1- Access the menu on your TV, box, or DVD player, and look for the HDMI settings.
2- Honestly, the rest should be self explanatory. Set video out to HDMI, set HDMI audio out to on, etcetera.
3- Set the maximum HDMI resolution that your TV will afford. You'll know when you switch to full resolution because the image is encrypted or is threatened to be cut off. The settings should look something like 576, 720 series, 1080, etc. Most of the TV these days go up in 1080, but if you do not know, then it will be up to check.

And there you go, so simple. Like most new entertainment devices, gear and gadgets, correctly using an HDMI cable is actually much easier than at first appears to be just a matter of learninghow it works.

Well, if you still have problems after setting all settings are correct, then the problem is most likely a defective product. Either the TV can not accept HDMI for some reason, there is a problem with the HDMI port of your home, or the cable is damaged. Try the cable to see if this is the problem, and then simply faulty cable.
